The multi-tenant commercial development at 3028 S. Rutherford Blvd. in Murfreesboro sold Nov. 21 for $3 million. It was built in 2015 and houses Dunkin Donuts, T-Mobile and Farm Bureau Insurance.
The store formerly known as Rite-Aid at 2490 S. Church St. in Murfreesboro sold for $2.5 million on Nov. 16. The new owner D3 LLC, which is registered in Loudon County, flipped it Nov. 19 to Fares 2490 Church LLC on Nov. 19.
