MURFREESBORO, TN - The annual Clue Party fundraiser is returning for its fourth consecutive year on October 22, 2022.
The Clue Party transforms the beloved board game into a live-action whodunnit. Historic Oaklands Mansion sets the scene as local community members portray the classic characters. Guests are invited to interview characters, search for clues, and explore the Mansion to solve the murder. This “night of mystery, murder, and madness” is organized by Wild Goose Chase Events annually and proceeds benefit local non-profits.
This year, the Clue Party will benefit Community Helpers of Rutherford County, an organization that provides Rutherford County residents with emergency support for expenses such as rent, utilities, and medicinal needs.
Returning for a fourth year is a major milestone for the Clue Party after successfully weathering the pandemic. “The inaugural Clue Party in 2018 was a dream come true and helped solidify my business of creating fun events for the community that raised funds for local nonprofits. As a lifelong Rutherford County resident, it is a true joy to give back to the community that made me who I am,” said creator and organizer Missy Lay of Wild Goose Chase Events.
The Clue Party’s iconic characters will be portrayed by Jon Boyce (the Butler), Marcellus Banks (Mr. Green), Rachel Padilla (the Maid), Michael Shirley (Colonel Mustard), Amy Harris-Aber (Mrs. Peacock), Jonathan Harmon (Professor Plum), Angela Lyles (Miss Scarlet), and Laura Bohling (Mrs. White). A sneak peak of character bios is available at the Wild Goose Chase Events website.
VIP and general admission tickets for the Clue Party are on sale now. The Clue Party features signature cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, complimentary valet parking, and a VIP section. Guests must be 21 and up to attend.
