CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, has officially made its way to the Volunteer State.

CoreLife Eatery will open its first Tennessee location at 2330 Medical Center Pkwy, Suite E in Murfreesboro on Friday, April 27. CoreLife Eatery brings together scratch cooking with flavorful source ingredients and a fast, casual service line for a healthy and affordable eating alternative.

As part of its ongoing commitment to wellness and the community, CoreLife Eatery will be hosting a Donation Day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 26.

CoreLife is proud to support the charitable efforts of the Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation as they fulfill a commitment to provide health care that leaves no one behind, ensuring exceptional patient-centered care for our shared community.

Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, part of Saint Thomas Health, provides spiritually centered, holistic care that sustains and improves the health of the community while giving added consideration to the poor and vulnerable.  We invite all interested guests to join us on April 26 to discover CoreLife Eatery while supporting a great cause.

Franchisee Scott Searles is the driving force behind CoreLife Eatery’s Tennessee presence. In addition to the Murfreesboro restaurant, Searles has plans for further development in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood and Green Hills. Searles, who has 32 years experience in restaurant operations, is committed to philanthropy as well as health and wellness.

Guests can pay whatever they would like for their meal, and all funds will be donated to the Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation, which supports the mission of Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

Scott and his wife Kelsey are certified Personal Trainers and Spin Instructors. Kelsey, who is also a yoga instructor, has been in the Health and Wellness industry for 20 years and will serve as the Community Wellness Director for the restaurant.

The Searles live in the Nashville area with their three daughters and are proud, contributing members of the local community.

“In 2015, I was part of the development team that launched the concept that is known today as CoreLife Eatery. This brand and concept is one that I helped shape and I deeply believe in,” franchisee Scott Searles said. “I’m very excited to bring CoreLife Eatery to Tennessee, and I know it will quickly become a beloved part of our fantastic community here in Murfreesboro and beyond.”

CoreLife Eatery offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients that are transformed into custom-created dishes. All foods are free of trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, other artificial additives and GMOs.

The chicken and steak used are sustainably raised and never given antibiotics or hormones, and the bone broth is slowly simmered all day for maximum taste and nutrition. Creating a menu that tastes great because it’s healthy is the secret to CoreLife Eatery’s success.

“There’s an unfortunate and widespread myth that healthy food can’t possibly taste good. We’re debunking that myth one meal at a time,” Todd Mansfield, partner and Wellness Champion for CoreLife Eatery, said. “CoreLife Eatery offers a unique and versatile menu made entirely from fresh, simple, top quality ingredients that taste great and our customers want to eat. We can’t wait for our new neighbors in Murfreesboro to experience all we have to offer.”

Led by CEO Larry Wilson, the CoreLife Eatery executive team brings individual successes and skill sets to help the restaurant grow to meet the needs of more communities lacking convenient access to healthy and affordable eating alternatives.

CoreLife Eatery plans to expand to 300 locations, including both corporate and franchise restaurants, nationwide over the next five years. For more information, please visit www.corelifeeatery.com.
