The Backyard BBQ Festival, one of Tennessee's premiere Backyard Events and a KCBS competitive sanctioned contest, was held Saturday, May 13, at Cannonsburgh Village in Murfreesboro.

It is a community event sponsored by the Murfreesboro Breakfast Rotary Club to celebrate the culturally diverse and rich heritage of Tennessee.
