The building, which was owned by Palmetto Smyrna-Sam Ridley Pkwy LLC, sold to 561SRP LLC for $1.8 million on May 28.
561SRP LLC is a foreign limited-liability company created in Tennessee on May 16 through National Registered Agents in Knoxville. The company's principal address is in Gardena, California.
The restaurant was built in 2016 and sits on a half acre of commercial property at 561 Sam Ridley Pkwy. in Smyrna.
