Hearthstone Properties has launched Studio at Fountains, a new Class A workspace model of small, fully furnished, private offices and shared co-working amenities designed for individuals, small teams and fast-growing companies.
The new office concept will occupy 15,000 square feet of office space on the third floor of One Fountain Plaza at Fountains at Gateway, a Class A corporate office campus and retail district in Murfreesboro, announced developer Scott Graby, president of Hearthstone.
Studio at Fountains will include 80 private office studios and suites. Developed in collaboration with a leading London design group, Studio features state-of-the-art offices with glass walls for natural light, individually controlled LED lighting, keypad entry and acoustically buffered workspaces for sound absorption. Each office is fully equipped with ergonomic chairs, height adjustable desks, white boards and storage options.
Shared amenities include six conference rooms seating from four to 24 people, open seating and huddle pods, conversation pit with fireplace, copy center, kitchen and bistro, complimentary beverages and snacks, private mailboxes and concierge services. Studio members also have access to Fountains at Gateway corporate office amenities, which include a 1 gig fiber network, discounted rack space and VMs provided by Fountains’ affiliated data center, two corporate putting greens, and discounted rates for the large conference facilities at The View at Fountains. On-site restaurants, a health club and retail stores offer added convenience, and outdoor seating on the plaza, pocket parks and adjoining city greenway provide greenspace and quiet to recharge.
“We see a growing need in Murfreesboro for small, Class-A offices to accommodate individuals and small teams that need a dedicated workspace and more privacy than a traditional co-working space, but with short-term leases and the flexibility to seamlessly grow from a single-person membership all the way to a full floorplate of 25,000-square-feet,” said Graby.
Now under construction, Studio at Fountains is slated for completion this spring. “Leasing is underway and we’re offering not only tours of the space under construction, but also virtual reality tours in our sales office.” said Graby. “It’s a great way to try out the different spaces and help you determine which office space best fits your needs.”
Graby said private studios can be configured for one to two people and start at $600 per month, and team suites for two to eight people start at $875 per month. All studios and suites include monthly credits for conference room and copy center use. A limited number of co-working memberships, at $250 per month, are also available for those who don’t need a dedicated office.
Tours are available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the lobby of One Fountains Plaza, or upon reservation for private showings.
