Middle Tennessee Men's Basketball will continue its recent series with the Ole Miss Rebels in the 2020-21 season, with the programs set to face off inside Murphy Center on Dec. 16.

The Blue Raiders and Rebels will be meeting for the fifth consecutive season and the eighth time in the last 10 years.

"We are looking forward to welcoming the Ole Miss Rebels back to the Murphy Center," Head Coach Nick McDevitt said. "Coach (Kermit) Davis did an incredible job here as head coach of the Blue Raiders, and I'm sure it will feel a little strange taking the floor coming up the visiting team tunnel. It should be an exciting evening for both teams and our Blue Raider fans!"

Middle Tennessee and Ole Miss are tied 6-6 in the all-time series, which dates back to the 194748 season, with MT holding a narrow 4-3 advantage in the seven meetings played in the last decade.

The Blue Raiders are perfect in two meetings on their home floor, downing the Rebels in Murfreesboro in 2012 and 2017.

The 2020 playing of the match-up will serve as the fifth in a six-game contract that is currently set to conclude in Oxford during the 2021-22 season.
