A Murfreesboro man was shot multiple times outside an apartment building Thursday evening, June 18. The suspect who shot him is still on the run. 

Officers responded to The Pointe at Raiders Crossing Apartments, 2315 N. Tennessee Blvd., around 9:30 p.m. Thursday in reference to a shooting. Officers discovered the victim, Leul Christopher Holloman, 21, had been shot multiple times. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center via LifeFlight helicopter where he underwent surgery. Holloman is listed in stable condition. 

The preliminary investigation revealed Holloman and an unidentified man were seen arguing outside building 7 of the complex. Shortly after, the man displayed a firearm and shot Hollman multiple times. 

Police are still searching for the suspect and the shooting remains under investigation.
