Separation of Church and State

Jesus preached for the separation of Church and State.

In Mark 12:17 it says: "And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's. And they marvelled at him." 

Americans shouldn't allow the Republican Party to continue its subversion of Christianity for political gain. The false teaching has to stop before Christianity is utterly destroyed. Hitler and the Nazis utilized religious fanaticism to cement their power grab in Germany years ago. Americans would be wise to study this history before we end up repeating it.
