Several upcoming parent meetings have been scheduled for those interested in knowing more information about school choice options in Rutherford County.
Homer Pittard Campus School, Central Magnet, Thurman Francis Arts Academy and Oakland High have announced dates and times — which can be found below — for their respective meetings. Smyrna High and McFadden School of Excellence have confirmed virtual experiences for prospective parents.
Holloway High hosts an annual open house, where prospective students and their parents can meet administrators, staff, and faculty, in late July. All students are required to participate in a one-on-one interview with the principal prior to being admitted.
Each school bears its own specific admission requirements — Campus School recently updated its admissions policy— which will be addressed in the respective meetings along with each specific application process.
The principals are encouraging parents to follow respective school Twitter accounts for updated information.
