Diana Health announces the launch of its new, modern medical clinic in Smyrna, Tennessee on February 4th.

 The Diana Health care team behind this new model of women’s care includes leading OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, Mental Health Therapists and Health Coaches.   By bringing these professionals together under one roof (both physically and virtually), Diana Health can support the diverse, physical, social, and emotional needs of each unique client. 

 The Diana Health care model blends in-person care with a suite of technologies and digital tools that enable transparency, education, collaboration, and efficient communication between Diana Health clients and their care providers. One such tool, the Diana Health mobile application, allows clients to learn about their unique care needs; set and monitor health goals; message with their providers between appointments; and to take action on their care, setting appointments, scheduling classes, and reviewing their health records.

 To kick off the grand opening of Diana Health’s new medical office in Smyrna, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, February 4th at 11am.  The ceremony will be held at Diana Health’s office in the Physician Building at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center (300 StoneCrest Boulevard) Suite 310. 

In addition to the ribbon cutting ceremony, Diana Health invites the community to join it for a Grand Opening Celebration outside on Saturday, March 5th from 11am-2pm. The Grand Opening Celebration is a free, fun, family-friendly event with activities for all ages including a bounce house, food trucks, prizes, interactive vendor booths, wellness & parenting workshops, and opportunities to learn more about Diana Health. The first 100 attendees will receive a free lunch from the food trucks! Masks are strongly recommended for this event.
