Mama Mia! Metro Diner in Murfreesboro is bringing back chicken parmesan favorites to honor their 30th anniversary. Celebrating with a rotation of past beloved dishes that put the diner on the map, guests can bite into the next Flashback Menu feature that started on Monday, August 22 - Chicken Parmesan - plated with tender, fried chicken fillets topped with marinara sauce and melted provel cheese, served over a hearty linguine and paired with crispy garlic bread.
Joining the Chicken Parmesan, Metro Diner is also adding a handheld variation of the beloved chicken dish – the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, stacked with tender fried chicken, marinara sauce and melted provel cheese on a toasted hoagie roll with choice of side.
