The Gateway Medical Plaza buildings in Murfreesboro sold for more than $25 million in December.

On Dec. 6, 2017, Building I at 1752 Stockwell Drive sold for $11.6 million to ASMI 1725 Medical Owner and Building II at 1370 Gateway Blvd. sold for $15 million to ASMI 1370 Medical Owner.

The buildings that sit across from Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital are home to many medical and other offices including Murfreesboro Dermatology Clinic, Middle Tennessee Oral & Implant Surgery, Sleep Center of Middle Tennessee and Star Physical Therapy.

Both companies were incorporated in November by the registered agent Corporation Service Company, according to the Tennessee Secretary of State website.

Pacheco Pass Properties bought 499 Chaney Rd. in Smyrna for $3.3 million on Dec. 4, 2017. The site off Sam Ridley Parkway is home to Panera Bread.

Most expensive houses

Kyle and Loura Williams bought 278 Middlefield Lane in Lascassas for $950,000 on Dec. 6, 2017.

According to Zillow.com, the 6,571-square-foot estate has seven bedrooms, four and one half bathrooms and a two-bed, one-bath pool house. The 8.5-acre lot features a pool and two ponds.

Henry IV and Chelsea Denney bought 1152 Stockwell Drive in Murfreesboro's Puckett Station for $550,000 on Dec. 4, 2017.

Jessica Smith Rutz bought 591 Cedar Drive in Murfreesboro for $479,900 on Dec. 1, 2017.

Brian and Rachel Cox bought 5325 Sherrington Rd. in Murfreesboro for $465,000 on Dec. 1, 2017.

Ralph and Kimberly O'Dell bought 7977 Richpine Drive in Murfreesboro for $458,290 on Nov. 30, 2017.

James and Holly Pearson bought 2707 Bertram Court in Murfreesboro for $455,000 on Dec. 1, 2017.
