After Tonya Hobbs, executive director of Kymari House, spoke Tuesday evening, June 4 to the Exchange Club of Murfreesboro, the civic group donated $3,000 to the nonprofit.

Kymari House works with abused and neglected children; supervised visitations; teaches social skills; helps educate parents in order to prevent child abuse and neglect.They are focused on Rutherford County area so they are truly local.

Courts often steer families toward Kymari House for education on child abuse and neglect issues.
